The healthcare journey for women is often frustrating and complex, from feeling unheard to navigating difficult conditions and fertility treatments. The goal is to ensure women feel seen, not just treated.

TrueBloom offers whole-life healthcare designed for every woman - the young girl becoming a woman, the mother building her family, and the foundation for generations to come. By providing providers with the necessary resources, TrueBloom enables them to deliver reliable and accessible healthcare services, ultimately improving outcomes for the women they serve.
Our essential focus on women's whole-life healthcare provides a complete support ecosystem for provider practices, ensuring the delivery of continuous and integrated care as patient needs evolve.
Our promise of comprehensive consultative care empowers providers to provide a more thorough and personal level of care, helping to build strong, trusting relationships with their patients.
Our platform is designed for providers who serve proactive patients - women who see their doctor as a partner in their health journey, not just a one-time consultant.
Our key distinction is that we offer health services for every season of life. Our model empowers providers to be the trusted partner their patients rely on, from puberty to post-menopause.
Our direction is simple: to help turn patients' goals for health and well-being into reality. With us, providers have the support to make a tangible, life-changing impact on every patient they serve.

Vincent is the Founder & CEO of TrueBloom, the first whole-life women’s health platform designed to unify fragmented care across fertility, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Built on the foundation of Fertility Pharmacy of America (FPA), RaRx, and TrueBloom GPO, TrueBloom aligns more than 70 fertility providers with high-touch specialty pharmacy, group purchasing, and technology solutions. Its model gives physicians equity ownership, transparent data access, and operational support-while delivering patients a seamless, end-to-end care experience. TrueBloom is positioned at the intersection of women’s health, specialty pharmacy, and value-based care, with a vision to scale nationally and 5x enterprise value in the next five years.
Previously, Vincent served as Senior Vice President & Chief Pharmacy Officer for Advocate Health (2021–October 2025), one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the U.S. He oversaw pharmacy strategy and operations for 70+ hospitals, 100+ retail pharmacies, and multiple mail order and specialty operations. He led more than 5,000 employees and managed an enterprise drug budget exceeding $4 billion, integrating pharmacy across inpatient, outpatient, and population health services. Under his leadership, pharmacy shifted from a back-office function to a strategic growth engine, improving system-wide cost containment, patient access, and margin performance.
Earlier in his career, Vincent was Vice President of Pharmacy Services at HealthTrust, one of the nation’s largest Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs). In this role, he oversaw pharmaceutical contracting and clinical support for 1,500 hospitals and $15 billion in spend, establishing deep expertise in large-scale contracting, supply chain, and provider alignment. He also held leadership roles at Bon Secours Health System, where he built and managed diversified retail and specialty service lines across multiple states.
Vincent holds a PharmD and BS in Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, and an Executive MBA from the University of Richmond Robins School of Business. He serves as Vice Chair for Commonshare Rx, helping expand access to free medications for underserved populations, and as an Advisory Board Member for Horizons National, a nonprofit providing summer enrichment to students nationwide.

William Weimer is the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of TrueBloom, the first whole-life women's health platform unifying fertility, premenopause, menopause, and beyond. He plays a central role in building the company's financial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, and positioning TrueBloom for national scale.
William was instrumental in guiding Fertility Pharmacy of America (FPA) through a critical turnaround-stabilizing operations, restructuring contracts, and implementing cost-saving measures that restored profitability and credibility. His leadership transformed FPA from a distressed asset into the financial and operational foundation of TrueBloom's platform, aligning physician partners, specialty pharmacy, and GPO services into a scalable business model.
Before co-founding TrueBloom, William launched Commonshare Nonprofit Pharmacy, dedicated to increasing medication access for underserved populations. His experience across healthcare finance, reimbursement, and specialty pharmacy operations reflects a consistent focus on both financial performance and patient access.
William's expertise extends beyond traditional finance functions. He has collaborated with executives across health systems, specialty pharmacies, and GPOs to create innovative solutions that reduce cost, improve affordability, and expand patient access to life-changing therapies. At TrueBloom, his vision is to strengthen provider partnerships, optimize supply chain economics, and drive valuation growth through disciplined, data-driven financial strategies.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Accounting, and Finance from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU).
